		<description>Dude - get a Wii fit and it will track your weight and when you weigh in and it has a nice little voice that says things like, "THAT'S OBESE" 

As for bouncing - I did a triathlon in KC and took the next week off - I dropped  2 pounds by the end of the week.... I then spent the next week just doing some weight lifting and short runs on the treadmill (ten minutes) - did not lose or gain any weight.... getting ready for 3rd and most likely final triathlon of the season and after week #1 - I was up 4 pounds....</description>
